Founded in 1990, The New York Dance Festival is one of the most unique, refreshing, and inspired international dance festivals!

Snippets of Joy from the 34th “A Day in Dance” Concert Showing at the School of American Ballet, Lincoln Center. The concert featured some of the festival participants, professional dancers, new works from 2024 New York Dance Festival Choreographic Fellows, the @kaleidoscopedancetheatre_kdt , and the launch of two new projects: Nationally “Two Black Voices” with funding from the National Endowment for the Arts, and Nationally & Internationally with “Tale of Two Lands: From Formosa to New York” with incredible support from New Music USA and the National Parks Arts Foundation.

Tonight! The 34th “A Day in Dance” Concert showing, 8:00 PM at the School of American Ballet, Lincoln Center. Concert features festival participants, new works by New York Dance Festival Choreographic Fellows, works by Festival Faculty, “Two Black Voices”, the Kaleidoscope Dance Theatre, and a special premiere of a collaborative work with Grammy Nominated Taiwanese Composer Chihsuan Yang and celebrated African American Composer, Director, and Choreographer Sean McLeod.
